8.00 with an early morning walk on Winterton On Sea Nature reserve...

The fun starts with the fine tradition of the 'Tunnel of whips' punishment to Shae, for sleeping through the early morning walk!!

Training at Great Yarmouth dojo, this years sensei are: Kevin Leigh 6th dan, Colin Needham 6th dan, Ivor Garner 6th dan, Paul Filenczuk 5th dan, James Atkins 5th dan.

We start training with the kata Nijushiho with Renshi Leigh...

The clubs this weekend from Watford, Norwich, Manchester, Southampton and Rotherham...

The whole class practised Gi-ju ippon no 2...

Nijushiho bunkai was taught to dan grades...

Group press ups followed by dodge ball...

Training over so now off to the swimming pool at Great Yarmouth...

8.00pm - Party time...

Saturday night at Hermanus for the Fancy dress party...

The evening brings out the alter egos of the students...

The Fun begins with the dancing competitions...
