The excitement of the weekend takes hold

The Manchester girls happy to be up so early in the morning

Training at Great Yarmouth dojo, this years sensei's are Kevin Leigh 5th dan, Colin Needham 5th dan, Ivor Garner 5th dan, Gary Welch 4th dan, Lucie Marsh 4th dan and Shaun McCartan 3rd dan..

The class was first split into three groups with the senior sensei's taking one each.

This year we welcome a new club to winter Gashuku Paul Wolstencroft and his club Red tigers from Tottington

For some the excitement is too much...
